Birthday Bash cooking & baking parties are awesome birthday party experiences. Trampoline parks and bounce houses  are wonderful birthday party options. But, a cooking workshop requires just as much energy. Plus, the kids are not only learning something, they get to eat, too.  Tired and full.


How much do your cakes cost?
 
My cakes are custom made, so every order will be  different. The price of  your cake is variable and depends on the size of the cake you choose, the level of the design detail,  and how many upgrades you add to your order. This can all be determined during your consultation with the chef.

​What happens during the consultation?

During the consultation, I will collaborate on a custom cake design that embodies the full vision you have in mind for your event. Please bring anything that you would like to incorporate into your design and/or is the inspiration behind your event. For example pictures, color samples or your invitation.
Are your cakes nut-free?
 
Except for the macarons and the peanut butter cupcake, all of my ingredients do NOT contain any nuts; however, they are NOT made in a nut-free environment. Please exercise caution and judgement when ordering.
How far in advance should I order?
 
As I only take a limited number of orders PER WEEK,  I suggest you place an order about 4-6 weeks in advance before your event to secure your spot. But at a minimum, at least 2-weeks notice is required.   
Do you ship ?
 
​While pick-up is the most convenient way of receiving your cookies damage-free, I do ship.  Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.  Since every effort is made to ensure that your cookies will arrive undamaged, shipping costs will be determined at the time the cookies are packaged.  Obtaining insurance is STRONGLY recommended.
How do I reserve my date?
A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% fee is required to reserve a date. Orders less than $100.00 must also be paid in full. No date is secure unless a deposit is received. Any order placed less than 3 weeks from the event date, must be paid in full.

 Do you have a storefront bakery that clients may visit?
Not yet! Kakes By Kesline is available exclusively by phone or appointment.

- Do you have desserts ready to purchase?
No. Each order must be placed ahead of time. Please allow 1 week for simple orders and 2 weeks for specialized orders.. ​
Do You offer any table set ups?

Any order from The Dessert Buffet Collection will come delivered to you, along with complete serving instructions. For an additional fee, we will do a complete Dessert Table set-up.

​​The most popular Upgrades are Fondant Embellishments and the Fondant Covering. Fondant is a sugar paste that gives your cake a smooth, matted canvas to create works of art with your cake. A fondant covered cake is poised tol be the centerpiece on your dessert table.
What is Fondant ?
Fondant is a sugar paste made from cooked sugar and corn syrups. It is used to cover a cake, and can be used to create decorative embellishments on your cake. 

​ It's smooth matted surface presents a clean surface on your cake, and its pliability allows it to be shaped into all kinds of designs.
Our fondant is not like the fondant you’ve had in the past. Our fondant will not be left on the plate after your guest eat their cake. Our Vanilla fondant is a thin covering over your buttercream cake, with the taste of vanilla, marshmallow and white chocolate. Oh, yeah! It’s good. You’ve got to try it.
